Steve and all of his mechanics are fantastic! They are super honest and reliable. He even diagnosed my Mercedes when the dealership couldn’t find the issue for 5 MONTHS! And when he found it, he said if the car is under warranty to go to the dealership so I could save the $9,000 it would’ve cost me. He even spoke to my advisor at Mercedes several times to help them figure out the problem. He’s given me excellent advice so that I could have the knowledge I needed to stand up for myself and talk intelligently at the dealership as I am no expert in cars. He also serviced my last Mercedes when it was out of warranty. He even talked me out of putting more money into the car and suggested that I find a new car because it wasn’t worth it to fix it.
